Privacy Policy — IronDiary

IronDiary ("the App") is operated by Maximilian Mura, Sinnai (CA), Italy ("we"). This policy explains what personal data we process and why. Contact: support@irondiary.com.

1. Data we collect

Account — name, email address and password (stored hashed). With Sign in with Apple we receive the identifier and the email Apple shares with us.
Training data — workout plans, exercises, sets, reps and weights, cardio sessions (duration, distance, pace and, if you record one, GPS route), body weight and measurements.
Apple Health (HealthKit) — only if you allow it: steps, heart rate and workouts (running, cycling, walking, swimming) read from the Health app to show them in your diary, and the workouts you record saved back to Health. Health data is used only to provide these features: it is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold and never shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time in the Health app.
Location — only while you record a run, ride or walk: GPS position to calculate route, distance and speed, also with the screen off. Location is not collected at other times.
Photos — profile picture and activity photos you choose to upload.
Social data — username, bio, city, gym, follower lists, likes and comments. Social features are optional: you can disable them at any time in the App, hiding your profile and activities from other users.
Push token — a device identifier used to deliver notifications via Apple Push Notification service. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
Subscription status — whether your subscription is active. Payments are processed entirely by Apple: we never receive or store your payment details.

2. Why we process it

To provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract), to send notifications you enabled (consent, revocable at any time), and to keep the service secure and working (legitimate interest).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with our hosting provider (servers located in the European Union), with Apple for subscription management and notification delivery, and with other users, limited to what you make visible through social features, if enabled.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where the law requires longer retention.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to support@irondiary.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

6. Community rules, reporting and blocking

Offensive, abusive, sexual, hateful or unlawful content and behaviour are not tolerated. You can report any post, comment or user and block any user directly in the App. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content and suspend the accounts responsible. To review a report we process the reported content and the report details.

6b. Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the App or by writing to support@irondiary.com.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 16.

8. Changes

Any changes to this policy will be published on this page.

IronDiary ("l'App") è gestita da Maximilian Mura, Sinnai (CA), Italia ("noi"), titolare del trattamento. Contatto: support@irondiary.com.

1. Dati raccolti

Account — nome, indirizzo email e password (conservata cifrata). Con Sign in with Apple riceviamo l'identificativo e l'email che Apple condivide con noi.
Dati di allenamento — schede, esercizi, serie, ripetizioni e carichi, sessioni cardio (durata, distanza, passo e, se la registri, traccia GPS), peso corporeo e misure.
Apple Salute (HealthKit) — solo se lo autorizzi: passi, frequenza cardiaca e allenamenti (corsa, bici, camminata, nuoto) letti dall'app Salute per mostrarli nel tuo diario, e gli allenamenti che registri salvati in Salute. I dati di Salute sono usati solo per queste funzioni: mai per pubblicità o marketing, mai venduti né comunicati a terzi. Puoi revocare l'accesso in ogni momento dall'app Salute.
Posizione — solo mentre registri una corsa, un'uscita in bici o una camminata: posizione GPS per calcolare percorso, distanza e velocità, anche a schermo spento. In altri momenti la posizione non viene raccolta.
Foto — immagine del profilo e foto delle attività che scegli di caricare.
Dati social — username, bio, città, palestra, liste follower, like e commenti. Le funzioni social sono facoltative: puoi disattivarle in ogni momento dall'App, nascondendo profilo e attività agli altri utenti.
Token push — identificativo del dispositivo usato per recapitare le notifiche tramite il servizio Apple Push Notification. Puoi disattivare le notifiche dalle Impostazioni iOS.
Stato abbonamento — se l'abbonamento è attivo. I pagamenti sono gestiti interamente da Apple: non riceviamo né conserviamo i tuoi dati di pagamento.

2. Finalità e basi giuridiche

Fornire il servizio richiesto (esecuzione del contratto), inviare le notifiche che hai attivato (consenso, revocabile in ogni momento), mantenere il servizio sicuro e funzionante (legittimo interesse).

3. Comunicazione dei dati

Non vendiamo i tuoi dati. Sono comunicati solo al fornitore di hosting (server nell'Unione Europea), ad Apple per la gestione dell'abbonamento e il recapito delle notifiche, e agli altri utenti limitatamente a ciò che rendi visibile tramite le funzioni social, se attive.

4. Conservazione

Conserviamo i dati finché l'account è attivo. Se elimini l'account, i dati sono rimossi dai nostri sistemi entro 30 giorni, salvo obblighi di legge.

5. I tuoi diritti

Ai sensi del GDPR puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione e portabilità dei dati, e opporti al trattamento, scrivendo a support@irondiary.com. Puoi inoltre proporre reclamo al Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

6. Regole della community, segnalazioni e blocchi

Non sono tollerati contenuti o comportamenti offensivi, abusivi, sessuali, d'odio o illeciti. Puoi segnalare qualsiasi post, commento o utente e bloccare qualsiasi utente direttamente dall'App. Esaminiamo le segnalazioni entro 24 ore, rimuoviamo i contenuti che violano le regole e sospendiamo gli account responsabili. Per gestire una segnalazione trattiamo il contenuto segnalato e i dati della segnalazione.

6b. Eliminazione dell'account

Puoi eliminare l'account direttamente dall'App oppure scrivendo a support@irondiary.com.

7. Minori

L'App non è rivolta a minori di 16 anni.

8. Modifiche

Eventuali modifiche a questa informativa saranno pubblicate su questa pagina.
