Terms of Use — IronDiary

1. The service
IronDiary is a workout tracking app offering training plans, an exercise catalog with videos, progress tracking and optional social features. It is operated by Maximilian Mura, Sinnai (CA), Italy.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
3. Subscription
After a 30-day free trial (no payment details required), continued use of the App requires one of the following purchases made through your Apple ID: a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. The current price is always displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours preceding the end of the period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time from your App Store account settings. The Lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewal and unlocks Premium permanently; it can be restored on your devices with "Restore purchases". Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Support: support@irondiary.com.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, comments, profile). You grant us a licence to host and display it within the service. Unlawful, offensive or infringing content is prohibited; we may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Health disclaimer
The App provides training tracking and general fitness content, not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property
The App, the exercise catalog and the videos are the property of us or our licensors and may not be copied or redistributed.
7. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit our liability; nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot be excluded, including consumers' statutory rights.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law; venue is the court of Cagliari, Italy. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

IronDiary è un'app di tracciamento degli allenamenti con schede, catalogo esercizi con video, progressi e funzioni social facoltative. È gestita da Maximilian Mura, Sinnai (CA), Italia.
2. Account
Devi fornire informazioni accurate e mantenere riservate le credenziali. Sei responsabile dell'attività svolta con il tuo account.
3. Abbonamento
Dopo un periodo di prova gratuito di 30 giorni (senza dati di pagamento), l'uso dell'App richiede uno dei seguenti acquisti tramite il tuo ID Apple: un abbonamento mensile o annuale con rinnovo automatico, oppure un acquisto A vita con pagamento unico. Il prezzo corrente è sempre mostrato nell'App prima dell'acquisto e può variare in base al paese. Il pagamento è addebitato sull'ID Apple alla conferma. Gli abbonamenti si rinnovano automaticamente alla fine di ogni periodo (mese o anno) salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso; il rinnovo è addebitato nelle 24 ore precedenti la scadenza. Puoi gestirli o disdirli in ogni momento dalle impostazioni del tuo account App Store. L'acquisto A vita è un pagamento unico senza rinnovo che sblocca Premium per sempre; si recupera sui tuoi dispositivi con "Ripristina acquisti". Eliminare l'App non annulla un abbonamento. I rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple secondo le sue condizioni. Assistenza: support@irondiary.com.
4. Contenuti dell'utente
Resti proprietario dei contenuti che carichi (foto, commenti, profilo). Ci concedi una licenza per ospitarli e mostrarli all'interno del servizio. Sono vietati contenuti illeciti, offensivi o che violano diritti altrui; possiamo rimuovere contenuti e sospendere account che violano questi termini.
5. Avvertenza sulla salute
L'App fornisce tracciamento degli allenamenti e contenuti fitness generali, non consigli medici. Consulta il tuo medico prima di iniziare qualsiasi programma di esercizio. Ti alleni a tuo rischio.
6. Proprietà intellettuale
L'App, il catalogo esercizi e i video sono di nostra proprietà o dei nostri licenzianti e non possono essere copiati o ridistribuiti.
7. Garanzie e responsabilità
Il servizio è fornito "così com'è". Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge escludiamo garanzie e limitiamo la nostra responsabilità; restano salvi i diritti inderogabili, inclusi quelli dei consumatori.
8. Risoluzione
Possiamo sospendere o chiudere account che violano questi termini. Puoi smettere di usare il servizio in qualsiasi momento.
9. Legge applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana; foro competente Cagliari. Restano ferme le tutele inderogabili del consumatore del tuo paese di residenza.
